I came across this house on Domaine, designed by San Francisco based interior designer Ann Lowengart. She designed this client's home making every space inviting.
This home has a floor plan that's similar to my home. Dining room on a higher floor to the living room.
Recently, I have come across homes where the dining room has been converted to serve dual purposes. The dining room also used as a library or a home office.
Most of the rooms in the home is kept simple and clean line and but the bathrooms are decorated with bold wall-paper designs.
